This contest provides an opportunity for those skippers traveling up to Marina Del Rey for the Pritikin Contest from points South to check their vessel's speed while adding the fun of a little extra competition. This contest usually starts in the vicinity of the Los Angeles/Long Beach Harbor and finishes near Marina Del Rey.
