New Observer Handbook
Marilyn Roth of the Southern California Cruiser Association has recently updated her famous Observers Handbook and has made it available to us all. This handbook was written with the SCCA in mind so you may find areas that do not apply to your specific organization's idiosyncrasies. It is safe to say however, that the fundamentals apply to the entire North American Cruiser Association. Both the cover page and the text are in PDF format. The cover page is separate because is is a bit large at over one megabyte.
